Lawler says that tonight he'll go face to face with Paul Heyman and put him in his place. Ross asks what Sid feels about teaming up with his Wrestlemania opponent tonight. Sid says we all think he's a fool. Sid says he smells something fishy. He says he will not fall for Undertaker's trap tonight. He says at Wrestlemania the Undertaker will fall victim to one of his victories. He tells the Undertaker to stay in the cementary for the rest of his career, because after Wrestlemania, that's where he'll put him! The lights go out, as the gong strikes as the Undertaker makes his way to the ring..
Undertaker tells Sid he's scared but won't admit it. He says his logic doesn't make any sense. He says if anything happens to Sid tonight, he won't be able to beat him for the title. Taker says on the other hand, if something happens to him tonight, Sid remains champion. Undertaker says he declines being his partner tonight, and will deal with Vader and Mankind by himself, and tells Sid to enjoy his last few days as champion. He says he doesn't need a plot to beat Sid at Wrestlemania, and in 13 days, Sid will rest in peace.
Paul Bearer makes his way out with Mankind and Vader behind him. Bearer says Sid has felt the wratch of Vader and Mankind. He says the Undertaker has too. He says both of their opponents are cowards. He says they don't want to face Vader or Mankind, because they're the future WWF Tag Team Champions. Vader and Mankind roll in the ring as all four men begin to brawl! Sid and Undertaker clear the ring, as they go face to face as we go to commercial..
Delivery: 3.5 (Sid and Undertaker both had a good exchange. Undertaker is great on the mic, while Sid struggles a bit from time to time. Sid seemed a little paranoid, while Undertaker was very confidant.)
Purpose: 4.0 (The question was asked how can the opponents co-exist tonight, and we're still not any closer to an answer. Neither man trusts one another.)
Reasoning: 4.0 (They don't like each other. Can they trust each other? Neither man thinks so and stated reasons as to why they're uncomfortable with the idea.)
Total Rating: 3.8

Rating: 1.0 Really ugly. Windham has replaced Crush on my "never want to see wrestle" list. There's no chemistry between these teams, they're cut from different molds. Owen and Bulldog are above brawling and the match was slowed because of the clash of styles.
We come back from a Slammy Award plug, to see Taz coming from the crowd to confront Jerry Lawler. He says he's the top gun that everyone aims for and that's ok. He says he'll defend the title against Undertaker at Wrestlemania because he is the man, the master, and ruler of the world.

Purpose: 2.0 (Vince asks him what he thought of his match with Bret, and he talked about tonight's match and Wrestlemania.)

He says Monsoon made the match next week in the steel cage to ensure no one interferes. He tells Sid he's not as good as Hart, never was, and next week Bret will be a five time WWF Champion. Bret apologizes to the Undertaker, because it will be Austin that will get the title match at Wrestlemania. Hart says no one knows submissions more than he does. He says he's been screwed by everyone in the company. Hart says he likes Shamrock, he knows his reputation. He says that if Shamrock screws with Hart at Wrestlemania, it will be the worst mistake he ever made. Shamrock says he's not a marriage counselor, he's here to officiate a match, not listen to his problems! Steve Austin appears on the stage as we go to commercial break!!
Delivery: 4.0 (All three men continued to build this match's excitement level, and it's reaching an absolute fever pitch. Shamrock was solid on the mic, Austin was great, and Bret continued to bitch about everything in a great way that only made you feel bad for him, because it's true.)
Purpose: 4.0 (It was announced that Shamrock is the referee in the match, Hart and Austin are ready for the submissions match, and neither man trusts Shamrock.)
Reasoning: 3.5 (The match didn't need a special referee, but it added a special feeling to the match.)
Overall Rating: 3.8

Hart says next week he'll show the world who the king of the WWF is, and it's not some giraffe, it's the Excellence of Execution as we fade away..
Show Rating: C-
Thoughts: Simply a let down after last weeks great show, made this show seem lackluster in comparison. A bunch of squash matches. Not a whole lot of in ring action this week. But a new era has indeed begun in the WWF and the company is better for it. We have a huge Wrestlemania lined up, with several new matches added tonight. We learned that the Legion of Doom will join Ahmed Johnson in the Chicago Street Fight, Sultan challenges Rocky Maivia for the IC Title, as well as Mankind and Vader challenging for the Tag Titles. Further antagonizing of ECW by Lawler, as that rivalry is heating up as well.
MVP: Psycho Sid. (The WWF Champion had an up and down show in terms of interviews, but he was standing tall at the end of this night, unlike his challenger, who got pinned courtesy of a Powerbomb. Is that what will happen at Wrestlemania?)
Runners up: Bret Hart/Steve Austin/Ken Shamrock (Brilliant hype for the match)
Non-MVP: Squash matches
