Bit late to the party on this one but AW is gone, due to his remarks on the Kobe incident. He's since gone on two separate Twitter rants about WWE and his release.
I feel sorry for the guy, it's a bit like the Daniel Bryan incident with the tie in that it's something that's come out at a time when WWE wont afford any stray foot into controversy- the Jericho flag incident is another example. With Linda running for senate, WWE's their most stringent and risk-free at the moment and AW has suffered from it, although I don't see how his Twitter rants are going to help his case in the future!
Anyone else think the performers and the product is paying for Linda's senate run that will almost definitely fail?

AW wasn't good enough for what they wanted him to do anyway. So I'm no too fussed he's gone.

I won't miss the guy but this is double standards by the WWE

I understand their reason for the release and I can't say I'll miss him. The talking during the match gimmick was annoying. Not in a great heel way. I never cared what he had to say, so any time he came on I wanted to grab a snack or take a piss or try to piss again if AW came out after a Diva's match.
His chatter took a lot of attention away from the PTP'ers, which was actually a good thing because now without AW acting as a distraction where going to see two shitty wrestlers with an unoriginal gimmick (MVP, anyone?) try to get over.

Have Black Cena team up with Cena to form a team called the Super-Men

Its not a huge loss, of course we dont know if he ever wouldve gotten over. Chances are he wouldnt but nobody thought Ryder could be over on next to no screen time. It does seem a bit drastic though, considering most talent gets more chances, even if it isnt a wellness issue.

At first I had sympathy for him, then I saw what he was saying on Twitter and that went away. On his Twitter he is now ranting and raving about how unfair WWE is. He is even now attacking people who disagree with his rants and calling them names. The guy has a lot of growing up to do.
Danielson was released for the tie choking incident, he did NOT go on Twitter ranting and raving like a baby. He admitted a mistake, then went and did some Indy dates. Eventually he was brought back. That is what should be respected, a man admitting a mistake and did not blame anyone else.
WWE told him to stop making the remarks he was making, yet kept at it on social media. Don't do what your boss says, you can get fired. Welcome to life. "Sorry about your damn luck" - James Storm.
Now maybe someone with talent can be called up, someone who is mature enough to hand the big time.

I'm sure he will. Seems to be the proper course of direction once someone small-time-player in WWE gets released and goes on a bitter rant.

The quickest way to the top of TNA is to bash WWE. Almost seems personal over there. Whatever pays the bills

I admit WWE's hardly gonna miss him although we'll see what happens with the PTPers now- could be a Sean O Haire type deal.
I think he was given a double shift though. He's got people telling him to say more edgy things, that he's 'saying nothing' at ringside- then he does, says one errant comment and is fired. What's a brotha supposed to do!?

The twitter rants are just stupid. Chances are the WWE where just going to hire him back again once Linda's campaign had finished (Similarly to how the hired Bryan Danielson back once everything had died down), but now he had no chance.
Yes it's hypocritical, but then it's a company run/owned by Vince McMahon. What was AW he expecting?

That's why you breathe and do the 10 minute rule before doing such things! ;D
