Nay.
I know the roster split has it's advantages, like getting more talent more time and knowing who you're getting at each house show, but I didn't like this idea from the start and going on 10 years later it still hasn't grown on me now. Especially now since the lines of who is "under contract" with which show is so blurred and the rules of the brand extension are seemingly written as they go along make it less important.
I also don't like there being two world titles. Instead of having two top guys, I think having two has weakened both, along with all the other titles they had initially with the roster split. I personally like it much more when there was just ONE guy that was on top of the WWE. I think that made it mean much more. Now? Can't become WWE Champion? Well, take a shot at the World HW, then!
Like I said, I know it's not all bad. There are certainly pro's and con's that can be debated, but over-all, I haven't been a fan.
Your thoughts.

Well the World Heavyweight Title is an upper-midcard title now anyways, the only time it was ever seen as a top strap was when Hunter monopolised it on Raw. I don't mind having it because it's such a step behind the WWE title now it's the new IC belt of old (and that's why the actual IC title and especially the US title get so little exposure nowadays! They should merge the US and IC titles).
The brand extension was a good idea initially back when they had good top level talent on both shows and the sense of a healthy rivalry between the two. The turning point was when Cena came to Raw with the WWE title- that was when the two were no longer equal in terms of how they were booked. Since then it's just been a gradual phasing out of the extension anyway, it's all but actually dead now. Just rubber stamp it WWE.
So Yay until about 2005-06. Somewhere between Nay and Don't Give A Toss since!

The Brand extension is just about dead these days, anyone can appear on any show it seems with little cause. I think if they scale back a little bit on how many Raw stars appear on Smackdown and Vice verse it will even itself out a little bit. Vince likes to put the stars on tv no matter the show, so I think what we have now is the way it will stay.

It made more sense when they had the depth to pull it off. I say kill it.

With the SUPERshow format, it's done. I say merge the WWE and world titles (again). Leave the IC and US titles separate, and give more emphasis on the tag division so those titles mean more.

Done before then in you ask me. It's not like when they had Randy Orton on Raw it felt new and special. They put anyone on any show anyway. They should just have 1 world title. That's my main beef. Having two world titles doesn't make two legit main eventers. It just devalues both in my opinion.
