So, not at all discussing the Colorado tragedy, what did everyone think about TDKR? I loved the heck out of it, and although it didn't exceed the second movie, I thought it broke normal trilogy rules by being better then the first. Anne Hathaway was fantastic, as was the rest of the cast. Cillian Murphy is my hero. I only have to knocks against the film. 1st is why did they get Sean Connery to do the voice of Bane? (yes, that's a joke.) 2nd (and this is kinda spoilery, so avert your eyes, Batman virgins!), I thought they should've ended the movie with Alfred looking up, confused look, smile, then instant cut to black. Thoughts?

I thought it was a fantastic. I am glad someone else noticed the familiarity of Bain and Sean Connelly voice, with a hint of a Dutch accent in there. ;D
As you said, not as strong as the second but a damn good attempt. Most of the cast was very good. I think that will be it from the franchise for a while now as I don't think that Nolan will make another film

I love it, my only slight complaint was that Nolan seemed to think he needed to put stuff just for the comic book fans. It meant some of the stuff in the film, which I loved, left my wife, who has only seen the films and played the Lego Batman Game, confused and a little bored. Bain's voice didn't bother me, I think there was only one time I couldn't understand exactly what he was saying, and one other time when the tone of his voice made me laugh. I think that will be it from the franchise for a while now as I don't think that Nolan will make another film Nolan was only ever going to do a trilogy. However, I think are already rumours of a Batman reboot for 2015. With the popularity of The Avengers Film, DC and Warner Bros will want to have an attempt at a Justice League film, and Nolan's Batman wouldn't fit.
